fehler im ticker

kennt jemand den fehler???

er wird mir im ticker_error.log
ausgeegeben:

und deswegen steigen auch die resourcen nicht, kann mir jemand helfen???

Erst mal muss man dazu wissen, welche Regeldateien du verwendest... Woher hast du sie?
